Where can I purchase the cookbook? The book can only be purchased from my website at this time. Since it is self-published and funded solely by Nora Cooks, I am unable to offer it through other retailers.

What sorts of recipes are in the cookbook? This book is full of fan-favorite recipes that are easy, delicious and appealing to all eaters. There are plenty of breakfasts, snacks & sides, salads & sandwiches, soups and a huge focus on main dishes (36 including pasta) and 20+ delectable vegan desserts!

Are the recipes gluten-free? While the recipes are not all gluten-free, there is a gluten-free option for every single recipe. Keep in mind that not all baking recipes will come out exactly the same, but a quality gluten-free flour mix often works well. Often all that is needed is using gluten-free tamari instead of soy sauce; or gluten-free certified oats.

Are the recipes oil-free? No, the recipes in this cookbook are not oil-free. Often all you need to do is sauté with water or broth instead of oil for my savory recipes, but it's a little trickier with baking. Sometimes you can substitute vegan yogurt or applesauce for oil, but options are not provided specifically in this book.

Are the recipes nut-free? No, the recipes are not all nut-free. A lot of the recipes do include nuts or seeds, especially raw cashews. However, you can substitute sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, white beans or sometimes coconut cream or another store-bought vegan cream, such as for creamy soups.

Are the recipes in the cookbook also available on the website? Yes, this cookbook contains reader favorites from the last 8 years! There are also a handful of brand new recipes that are not on the website. This cookbook was created because readers have been asking for these recipes in beautiful cookbook form! I'm SO happy to finally offer this cozy cookbook for those who want it. 😊 ❤️
